Handled project management, team coordination, literature search, ecological work, historical research, recreational and educational aspects, and report production for planning restoration of historic road and surrounding landscape. Project included planning for multi-use recreational trail and interpretation facilities in River Rise State Preserve. It also involved hands-on historic landscape restoration including original research into the composition and character of red oak woods, invasive vegetation removal, seed collection, volunteer recruitment, and planting and maintenance of over 200 species.

Organized meeting of state's leading landscape ecologists to map ecological land conservation priorities in cooperation with the Conservation Trust for North Carolina. This process was designed to stimulate green infrastructure planning and provide ecological information to be integrated with economic and recreational considerations in subsequent land use and greenwayplanning. Included preparation of a consensus report to accompany GIS maps.

Organizing meeting of key Georgia natural resource experts to map ecological land conservation priorities in cooperation with the Georgia Greenways Initiative. Design Survey of Botanical Resource at Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area

Conducted literature search to develop lists, habitat descriptions, and seasonal search images for likely rare or exotic plant species.
