Conway Conservation's services are based upon the skills and experience of President and Principal Ecologist Linda Conway Duever, a professional conservationist with over 25 years experience in the field. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she is respected for her technical accomplishments in plant ecology and conservation planning on the science staffs of The Nature Conservancy and the National Audubon Society as well as for her understanding of industry developed through seven years as a Senior Scientist with KBN Engineering and Applied Sciences, Inc. Creative problem solving, cheerful enthusiasm, win/win solutions, and straightforward communications characterize Linda's approach and, therefore, Conway Conservation's work.

Conway Conservation maintains the flexibility to respond to varying workloads by retaining a pool of contract personnel, on-call staff, volunteers, and student interns available for short-term and hourly work. These individuals include document production specialists, computer programmers, cartographers, wildlife ecologists, botanists and plant taxonomists, geographers, GIS technicians, planners, ecotourism coordinators, geologists, hydrologists, and other specialists.
