Conway Conservation's staff members have gained expertise in
pineland ecology through numerous studies of flatwoods,
sandhills, and scrub throughout Florida and the southeastern
United States. Subjects of special interest include wiregrass
groundcover, rare plants, soils, and invertebrates.
