New Plant Reports
For several decades Conway Data has kept a "scoreboard" of significant new plant locations in the USA and around the world. In recent years, this coverage has been extended to areas around the world, although the North American coverage remains more extensive.

Typically, there are more than 6,000 new plants reported each year that meet criteria of an investment greater than $1 million, a floor area more than 20,000 sq. ft., or an employment increase of more than 50.

Each entry in the report includes location of the project, company name, product or service, NAICS code and stage of development.

Lists are available for each year from 1989 to the present. You may either order a past year or begin a monthly subscription for the next 12 months for $1800 per year. The printout is organized by nation, state, city and company. The New Plant data is available electronically in a Word document printout or Excel file by email. We also offer customized reports. Global Super Projects
This is a list of more than 1,000 large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects around the world. It includes such projects as the Eurotunnel, Gibraltar crossing, global highway, and Kuala Lumpur airport.

Some projects are in early concept stage, some are moving through feasibility analysis, and others are under construction. Many have been the topics of discussion at conferences conducted by the World Development Federation.

Conway Data Books and ‘The Development Library’
Conway Data publishes books on a wide variety of economic development, corporate expansion planning and site location factors. ‘The Development Library’ is value-priced collection of 33 books containing data of vital interest to corporate real estate executives, area development managers, and professional service providers.
