ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK
This privately owned industrial park, located in Dover, offers excellent location and all utilities. Lots and buildings are available for purchase and lease at competitive rates. Space can be leased for most smaller as well as very large needs.
KENT COUNTY AEROPARK
The 115-acre, county-owned industrial park is available for firms needing direct access, via a taxiway, to the 12,900 ft. runways of Dover Air Force Base. Through a Joint-Use Agreement, general aviation aircraft are permitted to land at the Base with prior permission from the Civil Air Terminal. Several lots within the park have been reserved for aircraft-related industries. The other lots are available for Manufacturing, Light Assembly and Warehousing firms. WEST MILFORD INDUSTRIAL PARK
Located on Rts. 113 and 14 within Milford city limits, this business park offers excellent fully-developed parcels to meet small and medium-size needs. Zoned General Industrial, the park is easily accessible.
SMYRNA INDUSTRIAL PARK
One of the few rail-served Industrial Parks in Kent County, it offers all utilities on site. The park has 100 acres of available land, but could be expanded to accommodate even the largest user.
VEP INDUSTRIAL PARK
This 40 acre park offers all utilities plus available buildings for lease.
WYOMING FOREIGN TRADE ZONE

Kent County is served by Delaware Rt. 1, a new limited access highway, and U.S. 13 and 113, both of which are major 4-lane divided highways running north and south through the Delmarva Peninsula and connecting to Interstate 95, 40 miles to the north. From east to west, Rts. 6, 8, 10, 14 and 300 provide access to and from Baltimore and Washington, DC. |

RAIL
Rail service is available through the Delmarva branch of Conrail, providing continuous welded track paralleling U.S. 13. Chesapeake Railroad, a 55-mile short line railroad serving Kent County, interchanges with Conrail at Clayton, Delaware, and serves the Delaware towns of Clayton, Kenton, Hartly, and Marydel and continues to Easton, Maryland. |

BUS SERVICE
The Blue Diamond provides scheduled public transportation. In the City of Dover, public transportation is available through the Central Delaware Transit System. In addition, Carolina Trailways serves the County. |

AIR ACCESS
Through a Joint Use Agreement, instrument-rated pilots and their general aviation airplanes may use the 12,900 ft. runway at Dover Air Force Base. The Delaware Department of Transportation maintains a parking apron and terminal building adjacent to the Kent County AeroPark. Several small airfields are also available for the hobby flier. |

PORT
The Port of Wilmington, located 40 miles away, provides container and bulk product service to and from all over the world.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is in good supply with excellent reliability and competitive pricing. The two electric power generators in Kent County are Delmarva Power and Light and the City of Dover. SEWER
Countywide sewer is provided through a county-owned sewer treatment facility with a design capacity of 1 5 million gallons per day. Improvements are currently under way to add additional transmission and treatment capacity to accommodate future needs.
WATER
Water is supplied by local utilities and is drawn from deep aquifers. Water quality as well as availability is excellent.
