Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority
- ACTA owns all Corridor Improvements during the Permit period
- At termination of Permit, all improvements revert to Port ownership
- Permit requires nominal annual fee payable by ACTA to Ports
- ACTA shall be responsible for all property taxes not paid by the Railroads or some other third party, license and permit fees, and insurance related to the Corridor property
- Certain maintenance obligations, default conditions, and mutual indemnification are detailed
The Use Permit allows the Corridor property, which will continue to be owned by the Ports, to be used by ACTA for the construction, development, and operation of the Project
