CFLD and Conway Inc. Enter into Global Partnership
November 2016, BEIJING, CHINA - China Fortune Land Development Corporation, Ltd. (CFLD) and Conway Inc. (Conway), have signed a memorandum of understanding outlining the two organizations’ global partnership to market and promote CFLD’s portfolio of industrial cities.
The partnership between CFLD and Conway will leverage Conway’s 62-year history of promoting economic development, corporate expansion and its extensive international network to secure investment and tenants for CFLD’s growing portfolio of industrial cities across China and for CFLD’s other global real estate assets.

CFLD and Conway are entering into an agreement to deliver a multi-tiered program which includes research and feasibility studies, marketing and promotional services, and business development and overseas representation. The cooperation will strengthen CFLD’s global resource integration and industrial attraction and service abilities, eventually leading to integrated services including industry incubation, industrial investment, business attraction and industrial development.
